Civil Engineer – Project-in-Charge (Fit-Out)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Civil Engineer – Project-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fit-out and construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations for fit-out and construction projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost performance.
• Prepare project schedules, accomplishment reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections and attend project coordination meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed or Non-Licensed Civil Engineer (both are welcome to apply).
• At least 1–5 years of relevant experience in fit-out and construction projects.
• Knowledge and experience in interior fit-out works (office, commercial, retail, or residential projects) is required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as required.
