About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Office Staff to join our team at ABest Express Inc.' in Taguig City Metro Manila. As a full-time Office Staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
What you'll be doing- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
- Welcoming and greeting visitors to the office
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
