Your Role – Make SEO the Centrepiece of Our Digital Growth

We’re on the lookout for a full-time SEO Specialist based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, to join our global digital marketing team and elevate our online presence.

This role reports into our Marketing leadership and is key to our organic traffic and search performance across international markets.

Your mission includes:

• Auditing websites and creating sitemaps to define and guide SEO strategy
• Conducting keyword research to align with valuable search intent
• Optimising and refreshing content to boost rankings and engagement
• Refining on-page SEO including headlines, alt tags, and site performance
• Building backlinks through strategic partnerships and outreach
• Warming up new domains and building their SEO authority
• Tracking user behaviour via Google Analytics and other tools, running A/B and heatmap tests
• Using AI tools to fast-track high-quality SEO content
• Managing international SEO strategies with hreflang implementation
• Analysing competitor data to inform continuous improvements

What You Bring – Skills That Make a Difference

We’re looking for a digital strategist with a passion for SEO and a desire to drive impact across markets.

You’ll need:

• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and search engine mechanics
• Experience with keyword planning and content optimisation
• Proficiency in platforms like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz
• WordPress and Elementor skills
• Bonus points for familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
