We’re looking for a highly capable and detail-driven Accountant - Data Analyst to join our team and support both clinical and business operations.

You’ll be working closely with our Business Development Manager to process payroll for doctors and staff, and generate insights using performance data to drive business growth. This role is perfect for someone who loves numbers, understands healthcare metrics, and enjoys turning raw data into valuable insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Process doctor payments via Google Sheets & BP (Banking Platform)

Manage staff wages using Tanda workforce system
Use PenCat software to extract and analyze clinical and billing data

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on: Doctor performance, Item number usage & Billing trends

Support business development initiatives with detailed data reports and dashboards

Collaborate with medical, admin, and business teams to ensure data accuracy

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics

Must have knowledge and experience in bookkeeping

Hands-on experience with:

Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
Tanda or similar payroll/rostering software
PenCat or healthcare performance platforms
MS excel expertise / Excel Guru
Knowledge of Medicare item numbers and GP clinic billing (desirable)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both clinical and business stakeholders
