Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
2. 2–3 years of experience in handling store operations.
3. Fashion retail operations experience is essential for this role.
4. In-depth knowledge of customer service and strong leadership skills.
5. Previous management experience is required to lead store operations effectively.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

1. Customer Service

• Ensure an excellent customer experience across all store areas, including the sales floor, tills, and stockroom.
• Lead by example and ensure all teams follow brand standards for customer service.

• Supervise day-to-day store processes to optimize operational performance.
• Monitor adherence to company procedures and ensure operational efficiency.

1. Product & Visual Standards

• Maintain proper store and product presentation, including windows, stockroom, and replenishment areas.
• Ensure the brand image and visual standards are consistently met.

1. People Management

• Evaluate store management teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the right talent is placed in the right roles to maximize department performance.
• Supervise a team of 10-20 staff members across all store departments.
