About the role
As an Insurance Advisor at AXA Philippines, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families secure their financial futures. In this full-time or part-time position based in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing- Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals
- Analyse clients' current financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance plans
- Assist clients in the application and onboarding process
- Maintain a strong relationship with clients and provide ongoing support and service
- Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the business
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a sales or advisory role - Special program will be given to past advisors with credentials (awards & recognitions)
- Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to provide tailored solutions
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and continuously improving your skills
