Position: MARKETING ASSISTANT

Description:

• Design and oversee all aspects of digital customer interaction across all digital platforms
• Responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of the company’s digital strategies
• Development and maintenance of social media accounts, and other digital marketing platforms
• Update the website, content, and other social media accounts
• Analyze and report performance of websites, social media statistics, and all digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive traffic/leads, improve and optimize user experience across digital platforms
• Brainstorming for monthly content for social media (plotting, conceptualization) in coordination with other members of the marketing team
• Brainstorm and suggest new ways to improve by tapping into new platforms and channels
• Suggest optimization within the campaign budget
• Keep an eye on data that shows changing trends in advertising consumption and ensure that clients and consumers view the company ads
• Maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reports
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Management

• Write and edit engaging blog posts, website content, and marketing copy aligned with brand voice.
• Track, analyze, and report on website, blog, and social media performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to increase website traffic, lead generation, and user engagement.
• Assist in brainstorming and planning monthly social media and content calendars.
• Suggest new digital platforms, strategies, and improvements for marketing campaigns.
• Optimize marketing campaigns within approved budgets for maximum ROI.
• Monitor advertising trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity.
• Maintain organized digital marketing data, analytics, and performance reports.
• Support marketing events, activations, promotions, and campaigns as needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Management.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig
