About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead and integrate our commercial operations across sales and marketing functions. This is a senior Management role. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and ensuring alignment between sales execution and marketing strategy within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
What You`ll be doing- Achieve revenue and growth targets on Monthly and Yearly basis.
- Lead national/regional sales teams and marketing functions to ensure strong market presence.
- Oversee brand strategy, product positioning, and promotional campaigns
- Drive successful product launches and lifecycle management initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards in all commercial activities
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics (KPIs)
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams & HO assigned functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy or Marketing, Business, or related field;
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing; and a total of 17-22 years of Work experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth;
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and healthcare systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
