As a Call Center Sales Trainer, you'll deliver engaging training programs, assess team performance, and support employee development to ensure alignment with business goals-all in a fully remote environment.

The Qualifications We Seek
  • 1-5 years of experience as a trainer in a call center, BPO, or customer service environment, with a strong focus on sales training
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver remote training sessions effectively
  • Excellent clarity in spoken and written communication; professional tone and strong command of English
  • Outgoing and confident facilitator able to build rapport virtually
  • Experience in home security, warranty services, or telecommunications is a plus
  • Experience with Canva or MS PowerPoint is a plus
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Experience in developing and delivering in-person and virtual training programs
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to assess learning needs and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Sales, service, or technical support training experience preferred
  • Leadership experience or prior experience managing training teams is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with learners, peers, and leaders
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

Your Daily Tasks
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions covering product knowledge, applications, customer service, process, and sales skills for both new hires and existing employees.
  • Conduct training needs assessments using business indicators, performance metrics, and skill gap analyses.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training requirements and objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through observation, feedback, assessments, and performance tracking.
  • Continuously evaluate and update training materials and content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure the professional development of program management teams and team leads.
  • Deliver targeted coaching and training to support performance improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in training and operations and make actionable recommendations.
  • Provide timely reporting to management regarding training outcomes, participant progress, and key performance insights.
  • Support Quality Assurance processes and collaborate with QA to improve adherence to standards and KPIs.
  • Ability to use performance metrics and QA data to assess training needs and impact
  • Maintain thorough communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on training goals.
  • Have working knowledge of the CRM systems, telephony software or other customer service programs
  • Assist in cultivating a dynamic and engaging learning environment that promotes employee growth and retention.
  • Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
