Technical sales engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• Engineering, Architecture or any business course graduate
• At least 2 years related work experience

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination of our Sales effort by liaising with the General Manager and the Chief

• Responsible for the proper presentation of all tenders and bids to ensure the proper representation is maintained as a professional and energetic company.
• Responsible for preparation of cost estimates for the submission of tenders and bid for Seapac Philippines

• In coordination with Chief Estimator, review client tender documentation and provides Sales and

• Confer with architects, engineers and contractors to enable Seapac to prepare conforming tenders that with

• Assist in the maintenance of the quote register and quote numbering system in accordance with Seapac

• When required, attend Pre-Bid meetings and negotiations with clients and Project managers as required

• Ensures that all estimates prepared by you are all submitted on time in accordance with Seapac

• Assists in the maintenance of product data sheets for all suppliers to enable submission of bids. This will

• Ensures commercial conditions are appropriate and suitable to meet actual needs to execute procedure.
• Prepares and maintains the quotation status report.
• Provides Sales data to planner for monthly reporting.
