Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a General Manager on behalf of a well-established automotive group to oversee the performance and growth of its multi-brand automotive dealership operations. This role will be responsible for driving commercial excellence across the organization by ensuring alignment and effectiveness across key business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and overall brand management.
The role and office is based in Cebu City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall management and performance of the company's automotive brands and dealership operations.
- Drive sales growth, customer experience, and operational excellence across all dealerships.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight across Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales functions.
- Partner with brand principals and internal stakeholders to strengthen market presence and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve dealership performance, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Monitor key business metrics and ensure effective execution of commercial strategies across teams.
- Collaborate closely with the COO, CFO, and functional leaders to support sustainable business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in automotive dealership operations, preferably managing multiple brands or dealership networks.
- Strong background in Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, or overall dealership management.
- Experience managing commercial teams and driving business performance.
- Strong understanding of automotive retail, dealer operations, and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
