About the role
We are seeking dedicated and personable Food Servers to join the team at Thai-Streat Restaurant in Ortigas Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Food Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
What you'll be doing- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely fashion
- Ensure tables are promptly cleared and reset
- Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as required
- Previous experience as a Food Server or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and food service operations
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend and evening shifts
