Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Customer Support Consultant, where every interaction matters. You'll assist users, clients, and internal teams across phone, email, and chat, guiding them through platforms and solving inquiries with care. Backed by expert training and a service-driven team, you'll grow while helping others succeed.

Shift: Day Shift (Mon-Fri, 7AM-4PM), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek
  • Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting handling high-volume calls
  • Preferably with experience supporting Australian-based customers
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build loyalty and trust
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed
  • Willingness to work onsite
  • Proven success in fast-paced, customer-facing roles
  • Strong customer focus and resilience in handling challenging scenarios
  • High level of accountability and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills for efficient issue resolution
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new digital tools and systems
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a fun and supportive attitude
  • Commitment to stay in the role for a minimum of 12 months
