About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated' based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all conversations and actions taken
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre and customer service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and able to multitask effectively
