Employee Relations (ER):

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding ER issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and workplace behavior.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive employee relations and a productive work environment.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, company culture, and employee rights.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs related to workplace conduct and conflict resolution.
  • Track and report trends in employee relations and provide recommendations for improvement.

HRIS Management:

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across employee records.
  • Assist with system updates, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure the HRIS meets the organization’s evolving needs.
  • Run regular reports from HRIS and analyze data on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, performance, compensation).
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on how to use HRIS effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize the functionality of the HRIS and integrate with other systems (e.g., payroll, benefits).
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR data.

General HR Support:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR team with the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, with experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
