• Junior QA Testers (1-3 years of experience)
• Mid QA Testers (4-5 years of experience)
• QA Lead (1+ year/s experience as Lead)
• QA Manager (1+ year/s experience as Manager)

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-yr IT related course (Computer Science / Information Technology)
• Must know how to create test cases
• Must know how to test software application both mobile and web
• Must know how to determine the severity of software defects
• Must know how to log defects/issues
• Must know how to analyze business rules/use case for creating test cases
• Should have an ability to collaborate with developers during the testing phase
• Familiar with a different kind of testing such as functional and non-functional
• Must be familiar with manual testing (automation is a plus)
• Must be familiar with SDLC and/or Agile Methodology

• Prepare Test Case and Test Scripts
• Prepare Test Data
• Execute Test Cases and Test Scripts
• Prepare Defect Report and coordinate with Software Developer
• Prepare Test Report
• Recreate Software Defects Reported during User Acceptance Test and Post Implementation
