Job Summary:

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience in alignment with the company’s hiring goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website, etc.)
  • Source candidates through databases, online channels, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams and ensure timely feedback
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements, background checks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs
  • Generate recruitment reports and analytics for HR management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices
