Asset Administrator

Location and Workplace: IT Park, Cebu, Philippines (Onsite) This is only open to Cebu-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate as the role requires the successful candidate to report onsite.
Schedule: Day shift (8 AM - 5PM)Salary: Earn up to PHP 30,000
Summary:
The role includes providing technical support, managing user accounts, and overseeing IT asset lifecycles. It also involves coordinating equipment logistics and maintaining compliance with records and regulations.
Key Duties:
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; respond to service requests; assist in system upgrades and user account setup.
- Systems & Equipment: Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and user access while ensuring security compliance. Handle equipment repairs, replacements, and deployment.
- IT Asset Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets—deployment, imaging, transfers, shipments, retrievals, and disposals. Coordinate with couriers and vendors for delivery, warranty, and disposal needs.
- Logistics & Coordination: Prepare and pack equipment for shipping, issue required documents (e.g., Gate Passes, Transfer Requests), and monitor shipment statuses. Assist with office-to-office asset movement.
- Vendor & Client Communication: Handle queries related to IT assets, communicate with suppliers for warranty and disposal matters, and support internal teams on logistics updates.
- Documentation & Compliance: Keep accurate records of assets and IT activities. Ensure compliance with licensing, security, and company policies. Support audits and contribute to IT initiatives and research.

Skills and Experience:
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Knowledgeable with hardware and software inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
- Problem-solving skills for resolving asset issues.
- Openness in utilizing AI tools/software for workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience with managing IT asset lifecycles, including procurement, tracking, maintenance, and disposal of hardware and software assets.
- Experience working in an Outsourcing company is advantageous.
