Remote Web & Graphic Designer
Rate: $10–$15/hour (based on experience & portfolio)
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Schedule: Freelance / Part-Time Schedule: Flexible hours, with a mandatory daily overlap from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) for team synchronization

About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile and creative Web & Graphic Designer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for shaping our visual identity across both digital marketing channels and our core website. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for layout, typography, and user experience, alongside a portfolio that proves it.deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity layouts for landing pages and website updates.
- Create compelling visual assets for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Ensure all designs align strictly with our brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Optimize web graphics for speed, performance, and responsive viewing across all devices.
- Collaborate directly with our team during the required PST overlap hours to review concepts and provide updates.
- 3+ years of professional experience in both web and graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
- Solid understanding of core web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of self-management, organization, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- A stable, high-speed internet connection and a reliable backup power/internet solution to ensure uninterrupted availability during mandatory overlap hours.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web builders (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Shopify).
- Experience with video editing or basic motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
