Inventory Staff

Responsibility

Maintains inventory data integrity and tracks the accuracy of inventory in accordance with the principal standards.
Assures that all products in the inventory comply with First In, first out (FIFO) policy.
Conducts physical cycle counting of stocks. Keep records updated at all times.
Requires basic Microsoft Excel data entry skills for maintaining accurate record keeping systems.
Reconciles all accounted stocks against the system's inventory.
Ensures proper filing of warehouse copies of pertinent documents.
Addresses and provides on-time feedback on problems encountered when coordinating with internal departments (Purchasing, Service, Prod)
Back-up support for other tasks if needed.
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by their immediate supervisor and executives.
Requires a minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience for this Inventory Staff position.
Must hold a diploma or higher level qualification to meet the educational requirements for this role.

Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Previous experience in inventory management and such is a plus but not required
Should be knowledgeable in Excel and Word
Must be keen to details and very organized
Must be willing to work in Marikina City
