Visual Communications Designer

JOB SUMMARY

The Visual Communications Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual communication materials that support the company’s branding and marketing. The position develops creative content for digital and print platforms to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and organizational communication.

The Visual Communications Designer collaborates with sales, operations, and management teams to create clear, structured, and visually effective materials that communicate company products, services, promotions, and corporate identity consistently across all channels.

WORK ACTIVITIES

• Design and produce marketing and communication materials (such as B2G and B2B sales decks, infographics, and website visuals and content layouts) for digital and print platforms.
• Develop visual concepts, layouts, graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content aligned with company branding standards.
• Direct creative shoots and edit based on corporate directives
• Ensure marketing and communication materials maintain a documentary-style, authentic, and customer-focused presentation.
• Develop graphics and multimedia content for social media, online advertising, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and visual assets for marketing and communication purposes.

• Translate public relations and customer experience into visual clarity.
• Maintain and apply company branding guidelines in all visual communication outputs.
• Assist in developing branding campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Ensure visual materials accurately represent company services, products, and organizational image.

• Coordinate with internal departments to identify communication and design needs.
• Translate technical and operational information into visually understandable materials.
• Participate in meetings related to marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

• Showcase real environments, infrastructure execution, and before-and-after impact.
• Organize and maintain digital design files, templates, and multimedia assets.
• Maintain updated records of completed projects, revisions, and approved materials.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 2–5 years of progressively responsible experience in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia production, or creative services.
• A portfolio demonstrating design and multimedia work is required.
• Technical Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (or similar online design platforms), video editing and multimedia software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and social media and digital content management platforms
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or digital marketing industries is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, visual composition, branding, and marketing communication strategies, digital media production and content development, and print production processes and file preparation.
• Ability to develop creative visual solutions aligned with organizational objectives, manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, communicate design concepts clearly, adapt designs for different audiences and communication platforms, work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain consistency in branding and visual identity.
