Job Description

The Offshore Quality Assurance and Virtual Admin ensures that all candidates meet quality standards before being endorsed to clients. You will manage candidate applications, track progress, coordinate with internal teams, and provide administrative and basic financial support.

Responsibilities:

  • Review candidate profiles, resumes, and documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure candidates meet quality standards before client endorsement
  • Guide candidates through onboarding and provide support
  • Coordinate updates and feedback between stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and tracking systems
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and financial reconciliation using Xero

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in virtual assistance, recruitment coordination, or admin roles
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple candidates
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online tools
  • Experience with offshore staffing or bookkeeping is an advantage
