- 1 year of experience in a similar role in a medium-to-large organization or equivalent experience in a related industry
- Diploma level qualification in a management-related field
- Proven experience in email management and reporting, handling high volumes of correspondence accurately
- Demonstrated ability to maintain effective communication and strong relationships
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- SAP system experience is an advantage, with strong administrative capability and high attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and complaint handling skills
- Strong decision-making and time management skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Your Daily Tasks
Business Development- Work closely with the National Manager Vendor Services to implement and improve auction strategies
- Collaborate with Vendor and Buyer Services teams to achieve sales objectives
- Meet set objectives and targets
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure customer contracts are maintained and updated accurately
- Support both physical and online sales streams
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate vehicle presentation
- Assist in all auction and sales administration tasks, including incident reporting
- Provide input to improve systems supporting sales processes
- Participate in sales activity reviews and meetings
- Prepare sales activity and performance reports
- Support auction administration to meet performance targets
- Ensure compliance with policies, including reserves, estimates, and valuations
- Provide input to Vendor & Buyer Services and marketing teams on promotions
- Assist with administrative duties across all auctions
- Manage and maintain vehicle lists
- Handle BidNow management coordination
- Provide reporting and administrative support to Vendor and Buyer Services Executives
- Conduct PPSR and Takata checks
