JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • MUST be intensely exposed with MS Offices/Applications; Excel, Words, PPT.
  • MUST have 2-3 years of experience in TA Administration Tasks
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage (SAP or Avature)
  • CAN START ASAP
  • Flexible Candidate
  • Fast Learner and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Keen to details with an extreme level of problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English

  • In charge of administering scheduling tasks
  • Preparation of documents related to employment
  • Providing assistance to new hires on hiring actions
  • Email, Call, ATS, Productivity Tracker
  • Ave. of 450-500 transactions to process per month per person
