About the role
Bag of Beans Cafe and Restaurant, Inc.' is seeking an experienced Company Nurse to join our team in our Tagaytay City Cavite location. This is a full-time position responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to our employees and customers.As the Company Nurse, you will be a key member of our healthcare team, playing a vital role in maintaining the wellbeing of our workforce and ensuring a safe environment for all.
What you'll be doing- Providing first aid and emergency medical care to employees and customers as needed
- Administering immunisations, conducting health screenings, and monitoring employee health
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documenting all incidents and treatments
- Developing and implementing health and wellness programmes to promote a healthy workforce
- Collaborating with management to ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies
- Serving as a liaison between employees, management, and external healthcare providers
- Staying up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices and regulations within the industry
- A registered nurse with a current license to practice in the Philippines
- With at least 1–2 years of clinical, company or occupational health experience preferably in the healthcare or food service industry
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency medical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and customers
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgement calls in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in maintaining detailed medical records and reporting
- Passionate about promoting employee health and wellbeing
Certifications:
- Training in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Occupational Health Nursing
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
