As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This role plays a key part in driving lead generation, enhancing customer engagement, and improving marketing efficiency through automation and analytics.
You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and continuous performance improvement.
What You’ll Do- Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Customize templates and perform basic HTML/CSS edits as needed
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement, deliverability, and conversion performance
- Ensure campaigns render correctly across devices, browsers, and email clients
- Manage and refine targeted distribution lists in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Support lead generation and qualification processes to improve pipeline performance
- Utilize tools such as RingLead to cleanse, deduplicate, and maintain CRM data integrity
- Support marketing automation workflows and campaign journeys
- Assist in managing the marketing and sales calendar within Salesforce
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaign timelines
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs
- Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve results
- Ensure adherence to global data privacy and email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Maintain best practices for email marketing, deliverability, and data governance
- At least 3 years of experience in email marketing using automation platforms (Pardot/Marketing Cloud preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
