We are seeking an ERP/Oracle Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects, manage budgets, and analyze business processes to ensure successful delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to align solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end ERP implementation projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Analyze and document business processes for system alignment
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure timely delivery and quality project outcomes
• Provide regular updates and reports to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience in ERP (Oracle preferred) implementations
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems and business process analysis
• Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be willing to attend a face-to-face interview and work on-site
