Warehouse Roving Custodian

Responsible monitoring of all stocks and issuance for following area’s; BCD, ILO, TAC, CDO and DVO

• Performs physical count during while visiting area’s and reconcile issuance through MRS and/or Logbook , note any discrepancies and inform the Supervisor
• Inspects the items for physical damages or breakages during shipment and unloading of items to the stockroom per Area, for damage items put into record through IR.
• Arranges and organizes all the items inside the stockroom, following FIFO or First In and First Out basis.
• Properly labels stock items accordingly
• Performs other assignments that maybe assigned from time to time.
• Prepares and submit monthly reports and as requested by the management (Ending Inventory, Monthly Issuance, Received Items and Return Items)

Ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place and enforce safety and security procedures to avoid accidents and protection of all items being stored.
