Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer acts a primary support function for the Creatives Team, with responsibilities spanning multiple areas of visual content execution and creative production.
- End-to End Production Support: Provide essential support across all phases of content creation, from initial pre-production planning (props, scheduling, call sheets) through to final content delivery.
- Technical Shoot Execution: Assist with setting up, operating, and managing all technical equipment, including cameras, lightning,, and sound, during photoshoots and video production.
- On-set Shooting Support: Act as on-site support and secondary shooter, capturing high-quality content, B-roll, and engaging behind-the -scenes footage to augment primary campaign assets.
- Expert Post-Production: Execute all final photo and video editing, including professional retouching, color grading, cutting, sequencing, and optimizing the final assets for various digital platforms.
- Asset & Studio Management: maintain meticulous organization of all digital files 9back up, naming, archiving) and ensure the studio and equipment are kept in optimal working condition.
- Logistical & Research Support: Assist with necessary administrative and logistical tasks (documentation, expense tracking, equipment transport) and conduct research on emerging visual trends to inform future strategy.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, photoshop, and Lightroom) or industry-equivalent software.
- Strong working knowledge of camera operation, professional lighting setups, audio recording, and editing workflows.
- Proven proficiency in photo/ video editing, visual storytelling and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization, with a proven ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful mindset required for effective team integration.
- Strong interest in fashion retail and a commitment to staying current with both fashion and social trends.
- Great eye for fashion and set styling, including skills in crafting, sourcing, and preparing props and set elements for commercial shoots.
- Previous experience with advanced motion graphics or rendering software.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems for streamlined asset uploading
- Previous experience supporting a creative team during agency or commercial shoots
