Job Purpose:
Oversee financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. They perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Monthly Report

Cash on Hand Summary Report (Sales & Collection vs. Deposit)
Harvest vs. Sales
Bank Reconciliation
Trial Balance
Analysis of Expense
Receivables
Adjusting Entries

o Coh
o Credit Memo
o Vouchers
o Refunds for Various Expenses
o Other Collections

ADTAC/LDFAC- processing
Rebates:

Verification

Credit Memo
Payables
Voucher
Payroll/13TH Month
Pettycash

Other Task

Processing Disbursement for Pettycash; Payroll Voucher etc. (all expenses)

o Checking transaction
o Identifying proper account titled in every transaction
o Payee
o Input
o EWT

Correcting Erroneous entry posted in the System such as: Date; Account title; Amount; Unposting

o Vouchers
o Sales
o Payments

Filing (Per Day; Alphabetical & Number Series; Receipt Type)

o Cash Sales; Delivery & Charge Sales (Receipt)
o Collection & Collectors Receipt
o DCR

o Harvest Report; Dispatcher’s Endorsement Report

Qualifications/Requirements

College graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology
With or without experience as long willing to learn
Open for fresh graduate
Male/Female
Open to learning and professional growth
Willing to work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
