Senior Client Support Coordinator
Position overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Client Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support while coordinating closely with clients, service partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
You will manage customer requests and service calls, monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and provide timely updates and solutions to clients. The role also involves overseeing operational support tasks such as order processing, consumables forecasting, invoice reconciliation, and maintaining accurate customer records across internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service and managing customer calls
- FM Audit
- Reconcile support invoices
- Maintain customer information in hubspot, netsuite, FM audit and sharepoint
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Has at least 2 years of experience in customer support and troubleshooting
- Competent in Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English
- CRM experience in Hubspot, Salesforce or ZoHo is a plus
