Senior Digital Art Director (Fashion & eCommerce) - Manila
This is a hands-on role with a clear pathway to a future C-level creative position, leading design output across retail, B2B, and distributor channels.

- The Print Garage – our new mainstream custom print venture.
We sell across retail, B2B, and distributor channels, with products ranging from fashion and accessories to homewares, uniforms, and merchandise.
Our team is highly system-driven and growth-focused, using Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Triple Whale, and Adobe Suite. We run fast-moving campaigns that need polished, conversion-ready creative to keep pace with our sales growth.
The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer / Creative Lead — someone who can take ownership of all things design across web, marketing, and brand execution.
This is a high-level role with room to grow into a C-level VA position (Creative Director / Head of Design). You’ll start hands-on, producing the web layouts, EDMs, banners, and campaign graphics our business needs right now. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit, train, and manage a VA design team — covering everything from production redraws to front-end brand design.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver web page designs and layouts (Shopify/eCommerce focus).
- Create digital marketing assets: EDMs, banners, social graphics, distributor kits.
- Maintain consistent branding across Yarn, The Print Garage, and distributor portals.
- Work with developers to ensure web designs are implemented cleanly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on fast-turnaround campaigns.
- Future growth: recruit and lead a VA design team to scale capacity.
- Strong portfolio across UI/Web design + digital marketing assets.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Experience designing for eCommerce and marketing campaigns (Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
- Understanding of CRO principles (CTAs, user flow, layout hierarchy).
- Strong creative direction and ability to set design standards.
- Leadership potential — confidence to mentor and manage as the role scales.
