Maintenance Supervisor

Solenergy Systems Inc. is looking for a high-caliber Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to spearhead our technical operations in Mabalacat, Pampanga. We are looking for a seasoned leader who can bridge the gap between high-level maintenance strategy and hands-on field execution.

You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical infrastructure at our various plant sites, helping design and manage a rigorous maintenance program, and leading a team to meet the highest industry standards.

• Maintenance Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance plans for renewable power plant installations.
• Technical Oversight: Manage the inspection, testing and upkeep of Low Voltage (DC & AC), Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) equipment, ensuring all systems operate within safety and optimal performance parameters.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal management, providing clear updates and professional reports.
• Operational Excellence: Execute maintenance audits, troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical failures, and ensure all documentation is meticulous and up to date.
• Independent Drive: Work with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of the day to day execution of the company’s maintenance program.

• Education & Licensure: Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and be a Registered/Professional Electrical Engineer (REE/PEE).
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years and above of relevant experience is required. We are specifically looking for a background in large-scale industrial sites or operating power plants.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in MV/HV equipment maintenance and the ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and operate high precision test/diagnostic equipment.
• Communication: Excellent command of both English and Tagalog (written and verbal) to effectively manage local teams and develop and present reports to stakeholders.
• Leadership Style: A self-driven professional who is comfortable working independently while managing a diverse group of technicians and contractors.
• Willing and able to relocate to Pampanga.
