Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions that support and improve business processes. You will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that system requirements are fully understood and translated into effective solutions.

Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective IT systems.
Document system specifications, workflows, and process improvements.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Identify opportunities for system optimization and recommend enhancements.
Develop and assist in executing test plans to validate system functionality.
Provide support and troubleshooting for existing systems.

Requirements

KEY SKILL:

Must have at least 1 year TO 2 years IT industry experience demonstrating ability to plan, manage and deliver complex projects
Strong knowledge in Systems Analyst in the full Systems Development Life Cycle of enterprise-wide web-based application systems
Experience in Design, Documentation and data gathering
