Merchandiser/Butcher/Meat Cutter

About the role

We are seeking a talented Merchandiser/Butcher/Meat Cutter to join our team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. This full-time position is based in San Pedro City Laguna and involves managing our meat and poultry products to ensure high-quality and efficient service for our customers.

1. Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat and poultry products to customer specifications
2. Maintaining clean and organized workspaces to ensure food safety and hygiene standards
3. Replenishing and merchandising meat and poultry displays to keep products fresh and appealing
4. Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
5. Collaborating with the team to optimise product selection and inventory management
6. Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Butcher, Meat Cutter, or similar role in the hospitality or food retail industry
2. Strong knowledge of meat and poultry products, including different cuts, preparation techniques, and storage requirements
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide personalized recommendations
4. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
5. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues
6. Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
