Waymaker Technologies Corporation is looking for a skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Technician to support the assembly, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial water treatment systems.

The role involves working on pumps, motors, control panels, instrumentation, piping systems, and automation equipment used in Reverse Osmosis (RO), sterile water, filtration, dosing, and wastewater treatment systems for industrial and food manufacturing applications.

We are seeking technically capable individuals who are hands-on, dependable, and eager to grow in the industrial engineering and water treatment industry.

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain pumps, motors, blowers, valves, and electro-mechanical equipment
• Assist in assembly and commissioning of water treatment systems and skids
• Perform wiring and installation of control panels and instrumentation devices
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems
• Support field servicing, repairs, and technical inspections at project sites
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, piping layouts, and technical drawings
• Assist in calibration and setup of sensors, flow meters, pressure gauges, and controllers
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams during installation and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Vocational Diploma or Technical Course in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Automation, or related field
• At least 1–3 years experience in industrial electrical or mechanical systems
• Experience in water treatment, manufacturing, industrial plants, or construction projects is an advantage
• Knowledge in motors, pumps, PLCs, sensors, and control systems
• Can perform basic electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs
• Able to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Willing to travel to project sites when needed
• Physically fit and capable of field work
• TESDA NCII certification is an advantage
