Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving testing activities for a major HR digital transformation initiative. This is a fixed-term opportunity where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth rollout of new HR technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts aligned with business requirements
Lead functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases
Identify, log, and follow up on defects with development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to ensure system readiness
Provide mentorship and best-practice guidance to junior test analysts
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred
Strong understanding of core HR processesrecruitment, onboarding, leave, performance, learning, and compensation
Skilled in test case development, defect management, and execution
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Strong leadership in guiding and mentoring junior testers
