About the Role

EcoScape Travel & Tours Inc. is looking for an experienced, customer-oriented, and highly organized Travel Associate to join our growing team. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in travel operations, airline ticketing, and tour coordination, we want to hear from you!

• Handle inquiries and provide travel quotations for domestic and international tour packages.
• Book airline tickets, hotels, transfers, tours, and travel insurance.
• Assist clients with visa requirements and travel documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Process reservations, payments, and travel confirmations.
• Prepare travel itineraries and necessary travel documents.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, social media, and walk-in clients.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate booking records and client databases.
• Meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a travel agency or tourism-related industry.
• Experience in airline ticketing and travel reservations.
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms and supplier portals.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Experience handling group tours and corporate travel.
• Knowledge of visa processing procedures.
• Sales and travel package planning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
