We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our team and support our sales organization by ensuring data accuracy, optimizing Salesforce processes, and providing real-time operational support. This role is essential in driving efficiency, improving sales processes, and enhancing revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core Responsibilities- Salesforce Administration: Manage Salesforce tasks, including custom reporting, bulk record updates, and data accuracy maintenance. Generate reports and address ad-hoc data requests to support sales operations.
- Real-Time Sales Support: Provide live support during PST working hours, assisting the West Coast and APAC sales teams with operational requests.
- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Support Sales Initiatives: Assist the Senior Sales Operations Manager in executing operational projects, troubleshooting sales processes, and implementing workflow improvements.
- Data Enrichment & AI Integration: Use AI-powered tools to enrich and validate sales data, ensuring the team operates with up-to-date insights.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Automation: Support the development and execution of automation strategies to improve sales efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Sales Tech Stack Management: Gain expertise in tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and Rattle to provide technical support and user training.
- Sales Data Management: Maintain data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies in sales records, pipelines, and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including reporting, data management, and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work during PST hours to support global sales teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with AI-powered tools, GTM automation, and sales tech stacks is a plus.
