About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to create high‑quality visual content that supports communication, change management, and digital capability-building initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening the organisation’s visual identity through consistent branding and engaging, professional design output.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful visual materials that reflect a strong commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a clear framework for visual identity and brand standards
  • Design promotional and informational materials, including banners, posters, stickers, illustrations, icons, and other marketing collateral
  • Create templates for recurring visual communications
  • Produce progress reports and other defined design deliverables
  • Translate briefs and stakeholder inputs into visually compelling communication materials
  • Conceptualise, develop, and refine graphics for change, communication, and outreach initiatives
  • Develop visual branding and templates for IT and technology-related projects
  • Manage end-to-end graphic production, including:
  • Defining tasks, activities, and production plans
  • Managing timelines and delivery milestones
  • Assisting with wireframes and initial design concepts
  • Producing, editing, and assembling final outputs
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with briefs

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a senior or lead role
  • Proven experience managing graphics production from concept to final delivery
  • Strong background working with technology-driven or IT-related briefs (highly advantageous)

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and structured environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
Reporting & Collaboration
  • Reports to the assigned Manager
  • Works closely with project and product teams, technical and business subject matter experts, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Provides regular status updates and progress reports
  • Adheres to organisational security, risk, and compliance guidelines
Work Arrangement
  • Hybrid setup, with at least one onsite day per week (additional onsite work may be required depending on project needs)
