About the role
We are seeking a talented Solution Architect to join our growing team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that support our clients' strategic objectives. This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and document system architectures, data models, and integration patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of technology solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the solutions you design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Proficiency in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
