Assistant Manager

This is a full-time position.

• Assist the Hotel Manager in all aspects of hotel management, including budgeting, and strategic planning
• Oversee the admin, front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to drive occupancy and revenue growth
• Mentor and train hotel staff to develop their skills and capabilities
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the hotel and participate in decision-making processes

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Assistant Manager or Hotel Management role
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and hotel management software
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry, including knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and revenue management
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.
