Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the transfer team for the transport of heavy, medium, and light equipment
  • Handles rentals of heavy equipment, scheduling of equipment hauling, and general clerical duties.
  • Manages lease of heavy equipment, Inventory, Dispatch, Insurance, Revenue Reports, and permits.
  • Coordinates the rental and transportation group of heavy equipment with project engineers.
  • Continually focuses on achieving heavy equipment profitability through effective management of all fleet within the assigned area, in particular, maximizing heavy equipment usage
  • Reviews equipment requisitions in line with construction requirement
  • Ensures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements.
  • Manages effective utilization of heavy equipment vehicle assets.
  • Conducts fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met.
  • Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of heavy equipment's through regular inspections
  • Updates and submits required reports (Equipment Utilization Report, Income vs Expense Summary etc..) in a timely manner.
Job Qualifications
  • Mechanical Engineering Graduate
  • At least one (1) year of experience in mechanical maintenance and/or heavy equipment operations but goal-driven Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of equipment usage and how equipment is operated
  • Preferably with Driver's License and knows how to drive light vehicle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity
  • Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna
Working Conditions
  • 6 days work schedule in a week (8AM-5PM)
  • Quezon-Based but required to do field work in multiple locations in Calabarzon Areas
