Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Specialist with experience in healthcare contract administration and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has exposure to HIPAA, ERISA, healthcare contracts, and contract lifecycle management within a healthcare, PBM, insurance, or regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and manage client, vendor, pharmacy, and service agreements
  • Support contract lifecycle management from initiation to execution and renewal
  • Review contract terms, addenda, LOIs, LOAs, and other legal documents
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, and healthcare regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding contract execution and revisions
  • Monitor contract obligations, amendments, renewals, and compliance deadlines
  • Identify contract risks, inconsistencies, and regulatory concerns
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
  • Assist in negotiations and contract-related discussions with clients and vendors
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or healthcare compliance
  • Experience handling healthcare, PBM, insurance, pharmacy, or regulated-industry contracts is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of contract terminology and legal documentation
  • Experience reviewing addenda, renewals, amendments, and vendor agreements
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
  • Experience in managed healthcare or pharmacy benefit management (PBM)
  • Exposure to CMS guidelines and regulatory audits
  • Experience using contract management systems or eCATS platforms
