Job Summary

The Organizational Communications Manager – HR is responsible for leading strategic communication efforts that support HR initiatives, organizational culture, and employee alignment. The role ensures that communication programs effectively engage employees and reinforce business objectives.

• Develop enterprise-wide HR communication strategies
• Lead communication planning for HR transformations and organizational changes
• Create executive and leadership communication materials
• Manage internal communication channels and employee campaigns
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Leadership teams on communication priorities
• Support culture and engagement programs through targeted communication initiatives
• Monitor communication effectiveness and employee sentiment
• Lead communication governance and content quality standards

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Psychology, HR, or related field
• Must have Tech or IT industry experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR Communications
• At least 3 years experience in a managerial role
• Strong expertise in change management communication and employee engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder management experience
