Job summary:

  • Expected salary: ₱22,000 - ₱23,500 per month

Basic Requirements:

  • Completed at least 2 years of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related course or program.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Technical Support Representative (TSR) in BPO experience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical and analytical mindset.
  • Capable of explaining technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving environments.
  • Strong customer service skills with a patient and empathetic attitude.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City).
  • Open to working in a shifting schedule.
  • Available to start immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via inbound calls, email, and chat.
  • Provide technical support solutions for hotline agents, customer service centers, and onsite engineers, and create trouble tickets for unresolved issues.
  • Identify recurring problems, submit trouble tickets, and drive improvements.
  • Regularly produce technical problem case summaries, conduct enablement training for service stores, and monitor the impact of application changes.
  • Assist with the judgment of repair warranty disputes and guide on identifying product authenticity.
