HR CLERK / OFFICE STAFF

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Clerk to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws.

This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Process payroll and manage employee benefits administration.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Assist with employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required by HR management.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Human Resources or any related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Google sheets
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
