Job Description

1. Build Trusted relationships with clients

• Build rapport with senior clients;
• Carry out 1:1 training with Senior Clients
• Attend all Steering Committee Meetings, and any other meetings with senior Clients;
• Attend pre-presents and debriefs with senior clients
• Qualify and obtain references and referrals. Review project write ups and case studies and edit where necessary.

1. Deliver on Results

• Identify potential benefits and opportunities through the Analysis process: quantify and present them effectively.
• Ensure contracts are signed and the payment process agreed.
• Ensure Project team understand expected deliverables
• Review Project progress through the weekly and monthly internal review meeting; where necessary agree actions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide input and quality assurance on project execution including MAT objectives, realization plans and “to be” solutions
• Provide input and monitor project evaluation
• Ensure all Project administration is carried out in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all of Renoir project guidelines and processes including internal communications.
• Prepare input for project reviews with HOO/COO
• Have the unique opportunity to influence the future of our clients’ business operations

1. Build the company

• Train and coach more junior members of the Analysis Team
• Work with project team to define needs and to develop required training
• Have involvement in the delivery of internal training
• Train Project Managers and project leaders to develop them during the course of the project and to prepare development plans for them through the standard target setting process.
• Provide an operational support to Sales, through advice or the attendance at Sales Meetings.

• Identify opportunities for more work
• Discuss and prepare strategies for more work with the PM/PL
• Write more work proposals
• Assess and solve complex business problems, where analysis of situations or data requires a thorough evaluation of variable factors.

• Corporate experience within Operations, Supply Chain, Sales Transformation or an Analytical role
• A good understanding of business; impeccable communication and interpersonal skills;
• Previous experience handling projects/assignments in Sales Transformation, Operational Excellence, productivity improvement, cost reduction & Value Stream, Mapping in core manufacturing or support functions individually or through teams
• Performed gap analysis reorganised maintenance operations, inventory management and response time reduction
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, tools and management concepts (including but not limited to relevant techniques from Lean and TPS toolkits)
• A relevant university background
• Excellent IT skills including advanced MS Office usage
• Be writing to travel extensively as client locations are global
