Be part of our client's team as a Senior Auditor, where you'll take the lead in managing simultaneous audit engagements, guide team members through complex tasks, and deliver accurate financial reports. • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Australian external public practice audit
• Solid understanding of relevant legislation, Australian Accounting Standards, and Auditing Standards
• High computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in CASEWARE software
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss client issues clearly and concisely
• Broad commercial knowledge and sound judgment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• High accuracy and keen attention to detail
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and mentor junior members
• Flexibility and a proactive mindset toward travel and working across industries, clients, and locations

• Managing multiple audit engagements simultaneously and ensuring timely completion
• Identifying key risk areas and accounting technical matters during audits
• Preparing complete and accurate audit work papers
• Demonstrating in-depth understanding of clients' businesses to develop tailored audit approaches
• Communicating clearly with clients to manage expectations and meet deadlines
• Assessing internal controls and recommending process improvements to clients
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Building and maintaining strong, professional, and trusted client relationships
• Staying up to date with changes in accounting and audit standards
• Reviewing work and coaching audit team members to improve competence and productivity
