Construction Quality Control Inspector

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Technology
- Related work experience is an advantage but is not required
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Able to read and understand the test reports on material and inspection records
- Familiar with industry codes relating to civil works
- Familiar with testing procedure such as cylinder compressive test, rebar tests, field density test, etc.
Willing to be assigned to any project within Metro Manila.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that the quality of all works carried out at the project site is in compliance with Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan
- Responsible for the inspections for compliance with the Standard Specifications and Plans
- Reviews all logs of Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request, Methods Statement Submittal etc., and monitors their status
- Performs test or sampling of materials
